Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! You can cancel as long as your order hasn't entered production, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Please email us at support@nyokoclo.com right away.

How do I track my order?

We will keep you informed at every step of your order, starting from when you place it all the way through dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you will receive a tracking reference that allows you to monitor the status of your order online.

What about custom fees and import taxes?

Please note that your order may be subject to customs inspection, which could lead to a delay in delivery. Additionally, you may be required to pay customs fees, import taxes, or similar charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs clearance procedures. According to customs rules, the importer (in this case, you, the buyer) is responsible for these fees.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
